What To Expect

Absolutely Chicago Segway Tours

There is nothing like seeing the city on a Chicago Segway tour. With our exceptional guides, you will get an amazing overview of the Windy City's sights and sounds. You get up close to all of the attractions and cover a whopping 7/8 miles round trip. Segways are intuitive and easy to ride; if you can stand you can ride! You only glide with a maximum of 8 people per tour guide, so you are guaranteed to have personalized and fun adventure in the Second City that is second to none. Guests are asked to arrive 15 minutes prior to the tour's scheduled departure time to check in and fill out waivers. All guests will be fitted with helmets. The tour begins at the departure time with a training video and comprehensive one-on-one training with the tour guide. Training ensures that even the most nervous guest feels comfortable for the duration of the tour.

We had out of town guests and had wanted to do this tour ourselves too. The Absolutely Chicago staff were always friendly and professional when I was making the reservations and changing them due to rain. Sean was our tour guide and he was perfect with our twenty year old nephews. The tour was the highlight of our short weekend visit. We will definitely book with Absolutely Chicago Segway tours again!

Today we went on our first Segway tour in Chicago and we booked with Absolutely Chicago Segway. Our guide, Peter, was awesome! He made sure we fully understood how to operate the Segways and that everyone in our group was comfortable before we set out. Although we are all lifelong Chicago residents Peter took us to a couple of places we hadn’t seen before and shared some interesting background on several major landmarks. We had a chance to take some great photos at museum campus and the view of the skyline near the Planetarium was gorgeous! Definitely something we will do again and will highly recommend to others.
