The whole trip from beginning to end was great. Was kinda hesitant because of some of the prior reviews but you have to experience it yourself.

The kiosk is not clearly marked and does not match the name on the tickets that we’re emailed. We walked up and down Navy Pier and only found it by asking several kiosks. The food was good, but certainly not “exceptional “. Drinks are expensive! The music was geared very much to one younger ethnic group. It would have been nice to have a wider variety of music played so everyone could have had an opportunity to dance. We took this for our 30th anniversary. While it was nice, it wasn’t special.
