We never got to take the cruise. You sent us the wrong departure time. You ruined my 65th birthday lunch and embarrassed in front of my family. We weren't the only ones that this happened to. How could you make such a mistake. All of the reminders had 12:30 departure.

Was not allowed to board despite being there on time, along with 15+ people. Itinerary didn't say anything about a cut off boarding time, all there was was a departure time which I was there in time for. Definitely put a damper on my visit

Being with my friend and celebrating One of their birthdays was the best part. Great Fun taking pictures with them. HOWEVER, you guys have GOT to do something about those fruit flies and house flies in the dining area, nobody wants to share great food with insects. Lastly, I originally made reservations for 6 but cancelled one weeks ago. That's enough time to have received my refund already.
