Great relaxed way to spend a couple of hours seeing a view of Chicago from lake Michigan. Good value for money as lunch was an excellent on-board buffet. Music was provided which catered for all tastes.

Spirit of Chicao is a great cruise ship. 1. Clean, quiet and smooth running ship. 2. Excellent, efficient and polite staff. 3. The lunch buffet was well stocked and delicious. 4. Our cocktails were perfect. 5. Desserts were 4 stars. 6. The music was modern for the 20 year olds and enjoyable for everyone else. 7. Views of the lake and sky line are spectacular.

Took over 1 hour to get any type of drink even a glass of water. Our waitress took our drink order never returned another wAitress took over when asked what happened? When told bartender told if needed something could of came to bar shoulf not of had to do! Also deser not put out till right before docking and when got up to asked for plate waiter did not even talk hust showed sign cut off by neck! We have taken this cruises many years this is been the worst treatment!
