There wasn’t enough food for my family. Half of us did not eat. The boat was too crowded. The manager was rude.

I paid for 6 ppl plus my son paid for 2 more. (The working staff was nice.) But the experience was horrible. The bathrooms were dirty, no soap, only one working sink. We spent half of our time there waiting for our food of which the meat dishes were never brought out to us. We left past 1230 but they make sure to arrive right before 230. We couldn’t enjoy the outdoor hardly at all and this was for my son‘s birthday so needless to say to have the birthday guy hungry waiting for food of which the main portions never came and needing to be inside the boat and a beautiful sunny day for half of the trip or more was a disaster and what’s worse is nobody cares and nobody is giving us any of our money back. Angry beyond words.

Go for lunch and wait in line to eat 45 minutes till I run upstairs to get a bit of food, no plates then no salad, no entres then no even pasta left, no people to be seen to ask, ask and not given what time they will bring food, then no refund, I’ll tell people never to buy anything with city experience.
