Chicago Museum of Contemporary Art: General Admission Ticket

Overview
The MCA Chicago is one of the nation’s largest multidisciplinary museums devoted to the art of our time with an international reputation for presenting ground-breaking exhibitions.

Originally conceived as a "Kunsthalle" or non-collecting art hall hosted temporary exhibitions of new and experimental artists, the museum has no permanent exhibits on view. Instead, you'll find work by living artists across media in exhibits that change every few months.

The MCA also boasts an award-winning Store and Marisol, the restaurant and bar, featuring innovative flavors in an immersive art environment. Please call the Box Office for questions or exchanges.

Great app. I just breezed right on through showing my tickets on the app. User friendly and ease of use at the entrance. Only thing that would have made it better was if I could have added it to my wallet.

I was hoping for some more interesting and groundbreaking pieces and I felt that the main exhibition was a little shabby. I liked the Virginia Jaramillo exhibition though.

I love all kinds of art. The exhibits here are thought provoking and I enjoyed them immensely. The museum is not large however and we finished walking through the exhibits quickly. For the price, I was expected to spend more time entertained by what I was looking at particularly since I had just been to the Art Institute and spent so long there I only left because my feet got tired of walking.
