Had an amazing time for my husband birthday dinner! Music was nice variety, food ribs was great but they ran out of bread so we only had 1 small bun! Drinks were lit best Long Island in years!!

The food was horrible. It must have been been our waiters first night because he seemed to be confused and all over the place. When we got our paper ticket from the Odyssey ticket booth it was $100 less than Viator charged me. The best thing about this experience was the view of the Chicago Skyline.

The boat does not give you not even a 5 min grace period. I am not from Chicago and Got to the boat talking to ppl at 7:03 and they would NOT let me on. I could not talk to anyone, or try to get help on solving my issue. I understood it’s a time limit and you have to keep it going but be mindful as well some of us are NOT from here traveled hours, flew and everything else for 3 minutes literally! It was my birthday present, And I was directly in front of the boat. I will never try this again in Chicago, I waisted my money and I was very disappointed! So if you go please be aware it leave at that exact. I will never come back to Chicago!!!
