I paid for a trip with dinner, The service staff was probably major new and they never explained to us which option was purchased in the package, so we had to pay the full price for the food because we didn’t had idea about the differences between menus and nobody explained... additionally we tried to talk to the manager who didn’t he had good customer service, according to him the problem was my foult because was my responsibility explain to ALL the staff what package I bought. This is not acceptable, and this situation ruined a special night for me...

They put you a address and when you arrive nobody can help you to let me know something, you have to walk everywhere to find someone can help you, no info, I walked and walked and I never could find any sing or someone can let me know where is the boat, I arrived 15 minutes before and I couldn’t find the boat so I lost my money and my time, totally not recommend.

I wasnt happy with all the hip hop wrap music. My mother was with me 75 years old. We dressed up like it said to do. More than 3/4of the crew werent.
