The first impression of the boat when we walked up was outstanding because the members of the crew were masked while dealing with the public. Due to this pandemic, certain things have gone away like customer service. That wasn't the case during the cruise. We were very pleased. The food and desert was delicious. The view of the Chicago skyline was breathtaking. The care that they provided was second to none. The atmosphere they created made us feel special. The vessel was clean and it was worth every penny spent. Keep up the great work and service.

The food was aging, the only thing was it rained so couldn't enjoy the top feck as planned but I love love love it

The views were great, the hostess playing games with the seating when I asked to move, like it was a big ordeal just to have the manager come out and tell me I could sit somewhere else. The food was subpar, wasn’t worth the 330$ we payed and the drinks were a little too strong not enough skill with the bartender. I will also be leaving a review on Yelp and google
