It was very hard to find the boat. On the tickets it says that the tour operator is "Entertainment Cruise". However there are 0 signs that reflect this name. I also reached out through the "contact Operator" feature about handicap accessibility and never received a reply.

The 🛥 from outside as online look fabulous and tempting, but from inside: so outdated , very old fashioned, the menu was prettty basic and bad , as the very expensive so bad prepared over sweet drinks, nothing was good, the worst first impression about the beautiful Chicago... so best of luck and upgrade it guys the price u charge for that service?, almost $500 .00 ???😩😩😩
