PRICE IS PER VEHICLE AND YOU MAY BRING UP TO 4 PASSENGERS TOTAL. Thank you for contacting Chicago Private Tours! We would love to help your group discover Chicago. Our services include pick up from your downtown Chicago hotel, a 3-4 hour private City Tour in a chauffeured vehicle, and the services of one of our knowledgeable guides. This means you will have two people working with you the entire time, allowing you to get out of the vehicle with your guide at several stops. These stops include, but are not limited to Millennium Park, Lincoln Park Conservatory, Museum Campus, and more. The tour will be interactive and entertaining, covering history, architecture and culture. We share stories to bring Chicago's rich history to life. Once the tour concludes, we will drop your group off at your preferred, downtown Chicago location.

Our “tour” felt more like a focused discussion about Chicago. The van was luxurious, and the driver and guide were top notch. The depth and breadth of topics we heard was impressive, and we saw parts of the city we never considered visiting. One of us has severe hearing loss, so a private tour accommodates such a situation. The guide spoke clearly and loudly the entire time. The tour changed through the day based upon the questions or observations we were making. It was truly a custom fit to us. The day was well worth the price.

I had 7 ladies visiting for the weekend. I wanted to go downtown, but needed to make sure there wasn't too much walking or being outside in the cold, since it was December. I booked Chicago Private Tours based on the reviews I read. I was so nervous booking this tour from reading about it online vs knowing people to recommend it, which I didn't. We had the most delightful time! Our tour guide, Matt, was courteous and made sure we were comfortable. His excitement and knowledge of the city was contagious! We were so engaged in everything he talked about and it's so nice to see someone passionate about history. Also, our driver, Brandon, was very nice and did a fabulous job navigating through the city. I'm not one to usually write reviews, but I wanted to share about this being a great tour. I will definitely use them again!

Visited Chicago with my husband and son and wanted to schedule a short tour of the city. Booked online, feeling the price for 3 persons was fairly reasonable (~$130 each) for a 4 hour private tour. We were not disappointed. We were picked up at our hotel in a private van (very nice Mercedes large capacity van) by our guide Matt and driver, Harold. Matt is a ball of energy and an quite knowledgeable about the city he lives in. He started off with such enthusiasm and maintained it throughout our 4 hour excursion. We learned quite a bit of history and drove by many historical and cultural points. We were able to go out and explore many sites such as Wrigley Field, the Bean & Millennium Park, the Chicago Cultural Center and even President Obama's Chicago residence (we took a pic right in front of it!) I really felt we got a nice exposure to the city -- from Oprah's old residence to the University of Chicago's Athletic Center (saw the first Heisman trophy). Top dining picks were highlighted too and our driver and guide graciously dropped us off at Giordano's near our hotel. All said, terrific tour and terrific host and driver. Thanks Matt & Harold for a great tour!
