We were in a pretty good sized group for our tour on a Friday, but David managed to trek us all over the north side of Chicago for yummy eats while sharing so much information on the history of the area and the development of Chicago’s culinary experience. David’s enthusiasm for the history of Chicago was much appreciated and the three hours sped by. We most enjoyed the cookies at Fabcakes and our first taste of Chicago deep dish pizza at Lou Malnati’s.
