The experience was not a good. Communication was terrible when communicating on where to go. They said to meet at a restaurant and it was closed to find out you can go to the boat and ticket booth was there. We had a large party of 16 and when I called to see if we could seat together they stated you can ask when you get to the boat. The manager on duty was not accommodating when there was so empty seats 😕 that was around me. I wouldn't go back time said 2.5 hours and we were back in 2hours.

Your website false advertising does not match when you actually get to boat. False information from your company on time of how long cruise last from where your supposed to check in

I was expecting entertainment like what was advertised. The music wasn’t good at all. The service was poor. I used the restroom soon after getting on the boat and the bathrooms looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in about a week. The floors were very dirty. We spent $300.00 expecting to have a great time celebrating our anniversary and was very disappointed. The food was ok.
