The service could have been a bit better. The drinks also were not good. One guy didnā€™t know what was even going on or where to sit us. The drinks we ordered were watered down. A Mexican mule and a strawberry margarita.

The cruise was not as long as promoted. It was promoted to be a 3 hour cruise. It was only a hour in a half. I (we) were Very disappointed about that. By the time we were ready to emteract with others the cruise was overšŸ˜”šŸ˜”šŸ˜”

Their experience is described as a 3 hour dinner cruise.. In fine print somewhere it says ā€œ2 hours on Sundayā€. This is horrific practice! We only found out because as they were returning the vessel to port at about the 2 hour mark, people began complaining and looking for their tickets to show proof that we purchased a 3 hour experience. One person found the fine print statement and outrage ensued. We all paid the same rate for a 2 hour experience as is provided for the 3 hour. The term ā€œBait and switchā€ and ā€œconā€ were used and people began to vocalize that they would share this on social media and with the BBB. Extremely dissatisfied.
