The dinner cruise shows a maximum of 3 hours and it did not last more than 2 hours. I paid full price for 3 children and it only lasted an hour and a half. The boarding time was at 6 and we didn’t leave until past 6:30 pm. We arrived way before 8

The boat did not stay out until 9 like listed in the details. Some of the staff was rude and the experience felt rushed. Our family made the best of it but we had more fun on the pier after, than on the boat.

It was a rip-off. First of all, we were promised to have 2.5 hours cruise, but it was only 1.20 hours at most. We boarded the ship at 6:40 pm instead of 6pm and got back to Navy Pier at 8 pm. Second, the food was so so, there was no good variety of food and was not enough for everyone on the board, and soft drinks were not included, we paid $30 for 6 order of coke. So $123 it did not worth that experience! Very disappointed.
