The Cruise was nice but it says 3 hours but it was only 2 hours. Also even though you get a bar code to board the ship, you must go to the ticket window to get your ticket

Very unorganized and directions to the boat is not clear. I spent 20 minutes walking the pier looking for the correct boat. Once I located the boat I had to wait in line to get a printed ticket. I printed my ticket at home but apparently you have to have one from the ticket box. Please arrive early to make sure you have enough time to retrieve the ticket. The lady took ten minutes looking for my ticket, which was already printed. The food was not good and they ran out of bread. I was unable to eat anything. However, the desserts were good. My group was seated with the wrong group. The staff tried to move us multiple times after we we advised we could keep the seats we were finally sat at. Once we went down for food the staff cleared the table so we had to wait for utensils and ask for cups to drink out of. We had to ask multiple people for something other than water to drink. The views were nice, the cruise is two hours and thankfully there was a fun group aboard. The Dj played music that catered to the crowd and most danced.

Location of our table felt private. Being on the water & the view. The food was good. Music wasn’t blaring. Very clean. Good & friendly crew.
