Trip was fun once we got going. 1st issue the email needs to be clear ref print copy before trip. Staff does not have scanner to enter boat, which delayed by 20 minutes until Mgr took over from having cust agt print out passengers copy. 2nd we left 620pm return 810pm short time 6-9pm incorrect. 3rd not enough desert for everyone on ship. 4th needs upgrades not USB or outlets if passengers need to charge accessories. Overall staff was great, warm, feiendly and DJ was awesome. Got passengers up and on dance floor until time cut short 745pm to get to de-board.

The start was rough. No one could find which ship to board since the passes did not match the vessel description. 1/2 mile pier hike found us unable to board since the ticket counter was not open. Even though we prepaid and had a scannable ticket we could not board. At least 20 people were very frustrated. Crew was not helpful by stating “it is what it is.” Food and drinks were ok. Staff inside were friendly. The reason it wasn’t lower than a 3 starr is because the views and weather were amazing.

Everything after boarding the ship was awesome. But it was a nightmare trying to get on because you had to get a paper ticket in place of the one you sent electronically. Very difficult. Thats why I gave 4 out of 5 stars. That needs to be changed.
