Planned this cruise during the cinco de mayo with my significant other and after booking and reading reviews I was worried about it and thought of cancelling but I am glad that I did not. Everything was perfect from start to finish. She was very happy with everything and so was I. Food was great, drinks were great, great music and the view wow, unreal. We will be back for sure. Want to try the lunch cruise next time and see the spectacular views during the day time.

One star is generous. Booked thru Viator (3rd party). Pd in advance, received confirmation email and had tickets. When we got there the crew for the Odyssey said the S. of C. (Spirit of Chicago) was not sailing that evening. I called S. of C. and they were no help, said I would have to take it up with Viator. The ticket guy from Odyssey made a quick phone call to S. of C. and quickly and seamlessly got us rebooked on their cruise at no extra charge. Because of the time of the year Odyssey was only half booked however Viator said Odyssey was fully booked and only seats for S. of C. were available. Had a wonderful evening aboard the Odyssey but will never book thru Viator ever again. That was plain deceitful.
