The Cruise will navigate from the Chicago River, through the Chicago Lock and out onto Lake Michigan. There was no parking closet the dock so I could not go on the trip. Neither the person at customer service or myself was able to contact the provider. They did not refund my money or offer a voucher for another day. Rip off

This was such an amazing experience. A short cruise down the river and then out to the harbor to watch the sunset behind the city skyline. It’s beautiful to see the city in daylight, sunset and then at night.
