Dave was an excellent host, and all of the staff was very friendly and helpful. We learned so much about the chocolate-making process at River Sea Chocolates, and the product tasted so delicious. The wine pairings were also well chosen, carefully explained, and really brought out new flavors in the chocolate. Our minds and palettes were both blown (in a good way). I would highly recommend this experience to anyone who is a lover of chocolate and wine!

Such a fun experience! David was our guide for the chocolate and wine pairing, and was awesome! The chocolate was all delicious and unique, and the wine pairings were delightful. It was very interesting hearing from David about the bean to bar process and the work they do for conservation and the amazing cacao farms they work with. Would recommend to chocolate/wine lovers, or to anyone looking for a unique evening experience in the Chantilly area.
