This tour was nice, but the customer service was awesome!!! The ladies were extremely attentive. Plus, they quickly rectified all problems encountered. For example, one of my friends is breastfeeding. So, she cannot consume anything comprised of soy, dairy, or egg. Since they forgot this piece of information, they went out to purchase my friend an appetizing meal. Most people would have just apologized for their behavior, and offered what they had. They would not have gone over and beyond to accommodate your needs. But, these ladies did and I have so much respect for them.

Overall the wine was good, the chocolate was AMAZING but as a breastfeeding mother, I was disappointed in my options for pumping. If you aren't a nursing mom- this review won't apply to you and I'm sure you'll have a great time!! Before we went, we confirmed I would be able to pump on this trip. Upon arrival at the first location, I was told I could use the bathroom. This wasn't ideal for multiple reasons- there was only ONE bathroom in the facility, so I was occupying it and no one else could go. In addition, no one wants to pump their baby's food where people poop. The second facility was more rustic and also only had one person restrooms. Although I didn't try to pump here, it wouldn't have been ideal either. The last winery we visited was a much larger place, but again, I was told I could pump in the bathroom. I was really disappointed with such a large two-floor building that they couldn't recommend a quiet corner or private room where I could pump without having to be in a bathroom. I didn't make a big deal during the day because I didn't want to cause a scene, I was trying to be agreeable as to not upset the bride in our party, and at that point there wasn't anything else to say...but I wish I would have been better informed. Overall, please don't tell mothers they will have a room to pump when they're really just using a bathroom. A bathroom is not an ideal place for pumping, for mom/baby and other patrons who need to use the restroom.

Leslie and Jenifer were great! I would definitely recommend the chocolate and wine tour. The chocolate tastings and wine pairings at Parfections (Cockeysville) were amazing!! We visited two more wineries for tastings after Parfections. Leslie and Jenifer were prompt, personable, knowledgeable, really took care of our group and made sure everything throughout the day went smoothly. I cannot recommend the company enough! The van was very comfortable for 9 people and they provided a very nice gift bag for everyone as well.
