We had a great guide, Patrick, for our tour of The Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island. Very knowledgeable and informative!! Fields questions well and was great with small groups. He truly shows that he enjoys being a guide...excellent!

I've done the Statue and Ellis Island tour twice. The first time I did the self tour with the headphone and this time we went with the small group tour. We lucked out and got Kyle Guglielmo for our guide. He's a theater guy so you can imagine that he was extremely animated and interesting to listen to. He knows lots of small but fascinating facts about the statue and NYC in general. We were in a group of 11 which was a perfect size. Kyle helped us get on the ferry early and stand in the optimum place for fabulous photos as we approached the statue. I highly recommend doing the small group tour. After it's over, you can spend as much time as you like, looking at the various exhibits on Ellis Island. To fully experience everything there is to offer on the island, you should plan to spend most of your afternoon there. We needed to leave soon after the tour was over and we felt that we missed a lot.

The tour was more than what we expected, absolutely fantastic! Patrick, our tour guide, was personable, knowledgeable and talented to say the very least. He made this tour great! We learned a lot from him. Watching him negotiate our group thru lines/security to where we had a great vantage point on the boats was simply brilliant. We would definitely recommend this tour to others. Thanks Patrick.
