This tour is not wheelchair accessible
Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult at least 21 years of age.

Tour guide was very knowledgeable and patient. We had a great time even though there was a mix up with tickets. Our guide was able to handle the situation and get it straightened out.

The Statue and Ellis Island were excellent. But the problem lie with the tickets I bought from Viator! I was charged 132.00 for the trip. When I got to the place of boarding I received tickets that were priced at $23.50 each which was way below what I paid. So the difference was $ 61.50. I was a senior citizen traveling with two grandchildren. When I aske why such a difference it could not be explained to me but I was not able to get a refund at the sit. Needless to say Viator Ticket sales ripped me off. Just but tickets at the Battery Park, but there get there early to be assured a spot. I would never recommend VIATOR to anyone, but would recommend the site seeing.

Very good tour and Alyssa our guide was very informative. The small group was perfect ..we didn't have to wait on anyone. We were given some free time to explore on our own.
