Great food and music. Just love it. The musicians are the best with the electric guitar and all. Great gifts in the gift shop like the salsa assortments. Lots to see and do before dinner time.

We had a fun evening at the Blazin' M! We started by going on a ride on a trailer pulled by an old John Deere tractor. Along the ride, the "guide" told many corny jokes, which were enjoyed by all. Upon our return to the main area, we walked through the little shops. If you go, make sure you check out the little town (in one of the shops) that was hand-carved; it has characters that are slightly animated. The guy who did it did an amazing job! The meal consisted of cole slaw, baked potato, pinto beans, biscuits, and either baby back ribs or barbeque chicken. The ribs looked dry, but they were actually great! Diners are allowed to go back for seconds (and probably thirds!). For dessert, we had apple cobbler with vanilla ice cream. It was a very good meal! The four entertainers did a really nice job of playing their instruments, singing, and telling corny jokes. It was a fun time! The final song, "Ghost Riders in the Sky," had an interesting twist. For the song, the lights inside the "barn" were turned down, and the lights outside the barn were lit up (the two long sides of the barn have long windows allowing diners to see outside). During the chorus, the lights outside started strobing, and there appeared a horse with a rider; the rider was dressed as a ghost. The horse wasn't trotting--the rider was running the horse full speed! On one of the times around the barn, the rider had the horse make a tight circle, and it was cool. After the show, we got to meet the rider, and it was a high school girl who is a barrel racer. Fun! I give this experience my highest rating! Go! You'll enjoy it!

Crowd pleaser for the elders. Picnic tables were too hard for that lenght of time. Good music and comedy show.
