If you have previous neck, back, heart, injuries or shoulder dislocations, are pregnant or wearing a hard cast - you will not be able to fly.
In order to provide a safe experience for its customers and instructors, iFLY may not be able to accommodate flyers who weigh between 260-300 lbs and will not be able to accommodate flyers whose weight exceeds 300 lbs. Upon check in for flight reservations, additional evaluation by local staff will be required to determine if flyers between 260-300 lbs can be accommodated and whether additional restrictions may apply.
Minimum age is 3 years
Children under 18 must have a parent or guardian sign their waiver
It is recommended that you wear well-fitting, lace-up sneakers or running shoes and comfortable clothes
If you need to reschedule after your reservation is made please call the location directly. Modifications to reservation dates and times cannot be done any other way.

Amazing amazing place to visit and I wish more people reviewed it! We booked the special lover's flights for Valentine's Day weekend. As we arrived we needed to check in and get weighed in. We also added on the high flight option for $15/person. iFly was about 45 minutes behind which ended up making us late for a cooking class by about 15 minutes. I believe this was probably because of the holiday weekend and I do believe if we had started on time we would have been out of there in 2 hours (as they mention online). Johnny was our instructor and he deserves a raise! From the moment he introduced himself to signing our certificates he was a pro. He was funny, witty, and corny all wrapped into one. He calmed everyone's nerves as well. My fiancee and I were nervous, but it was a breeze. We each had 2 flights each. The first flight was more of balancing and stabilizing in the wind tunnel. The 2nd flight was where we went up about 10-15 feet. Johnny even helped my fiancee by not spinning her and she can get motion sickness easily. All around a great time and this is truly a unique experience! Be sure to add photos and videos for a one of a kind package

My grand nephew is 5 and I took him to ifly for his birthday. We got Johny for his instructor. He was was sweet and funny. Liam loved suiting up and hearing the safety video. He was nervous about the flight but wanted to do it. Johny was very gentle with him and Liam took 2 of his 4 flights but got scared after the second flight and didn't want to go on. Johny immediately stopped the session and stepped outside the wind tunnel with Liam. He told him he did a good job and made him feel good about what he had already done. Liam stayed and watched Johny do all kinds of cool tricks and said he wanted to do that when he grows up. It was amazing how up-beat and supportive the staff was at their job. Maybe Liam will decide to go back or maybe it's not for him, but these people are professionals and we will highly recommend them to friends and family!
