What an amazing way to see the NYC skyline at night! We got there an hour early and were near the front of the queue, so got great seats. The bar and food was reasonably priced and we could take these on the outside deck. I can’t remember the tour guides name but he was great, although it would be nice if he talked less towards the end so we can take it all in. It would also be great if they sold ponchos for when the rain comes in. But overall a must do when visiting NYC!

We had a great 2 hours on the circle line sunset trip. Arrive early and book premier if you want to skip the line and get a comfy seat! Jerry our tour guide was very informative and you get to see NYC lit up and from a different perspective. The only downside would be the bar prices!!

We purchased tickets from the concierge at our hotel, The New Yorker. When we got to Pier 83 we had to stand in line again and then were advised they were sold out. They said we had vouchers and not tickets even though we had already paid for them. Got back to the hotel and found out the concierge actually works for them and not the hotel. So they can't even coordinate with their own people to know tickets have been sold. They act like this NO big deal. Horrible way to run a company and very poor customer service.
