The overall experience was nice. We didn't wait too long in any of the lines, and there were many. We saw what we expected, and the trip kept our 11-year-old interested.

The initial organization was chaotic. There were people for two tours on the same line, which was utter confusion: nobody was coordinating, nobody knew what was going on, and nobody knew why there was so much delay. Once we were on the boat, the tour was good.

New York City is fabulous! I felt very safe and was impressed with how Times Square had been made "family friendly" since my last visit 20 years ago!
