We had booked the train excursion in Skagway to White Pass. The train was cancelled because of a rock slide on the tracks. Instead we boarded Bryan Terrell's bus (Southeast Tours) to White Pass, then on to the Yukon. Bryan is the Tour Guide to ask for. He stopped whenever we saw a bear for pictures, at the Welcome signs to Alaska and the Yukon for pictures, to see some goats, and at the shore of a beautiful lake. Bryan, a former civil engineer, is knowledgeable and has great sense of humor with his many stories. He was so excited June 3rd because we had a beautiful sun-shiny day -- a rare day at White Pass. Our tour lasted more than 2.5 hours as it was such a beautiful day --a great day at the Summit!
