What To Expect

Miami Double Decker

The Miami Hop on Hop off bus and boat tour combo ticket departs every hour and starts you off with an amazing city experience, where you explore all of Miami's historical landmarks.

Little Havana

We will stop at Little Havana for 25 minutes. Customers will be able to try Cuban coffee, mojitos, and see how Cuban cigars are rolled.

Vizcaya Museum and Gardens

The Miami Doubler Decker bus will pass by in front of the famous Vizcaya Museum.

Miami Seaquarium

The Miami Double Decker bus tour will pass by the Miami Seaquarium. You may get off at this stop if desired,

For part of the trip we saw buildings and a couple of homes on Miami Beach. Then we drove around kind of fast and the tour guide would say something, but you were never sure which building she was referring to. Then we went down to Little Havana and stopped at a cigar shop. Sorry. but for most people cigars went out many years ago. Next, for the people taking the afternoon cruise, they took us to Largo Bar & Grill so we could buy lunch. Horrible food and poor service. Then we got on the boat. It was a new boat, but they packed so many people on the boat you could not see anything. Every time the cruise director said "and now on your left" everyone ran there. Not only couldn't you see anytime but the cruise was intented for gullible tourists. Every house we passed belonged to a famous hollywood star or a major singer. Really the whole thing was ridicules and a total waste of time and money. They even offered a drawing for a trip if you gave her name for a time-share presentation.

This was a good way to see a lot of Miami. We visited nice places and the cruise means you see the sams sites but from the boat.

The staff definitely was rude to non-Hispanics. Bus was overbooked despite us making reservations months ago for a specified time, 9:30 am. No explanation was given. The guide rudely stuck his hand in front of our face when we asked about it and to!d us to hold on, then the bus left the rest of the group standing on the sidewalk. To their credit, another bus pulled up a short time later, but this was handled very unprofessionally. No history was given about Miami. We just drove past buildings with a mention of who used to live there. The only stop was in Little Havanna so that we would buy drinks a d souvenirs. Again, non-Hispanics were treated rudely by the staff at the bar. If they don't want to serve us, take us somewhere else. Our tour included a boat tour of the harbour. The group was dropped off and told to meet the boat captain at a certain time. The boat tour started and ended lahte, so we missed the bus back to the tour office. We ended up spending an additional $25 for an Uber to get back to our car. This was a very disappointing experience, especially since we were showing family from Germany around Florida.
