We ended up buying our 2 day pass with the boat tour directly infront of Bayside Marketplace, not sure if we got a good price but we were fortunate enough to see a couple haggle the price down in front of us so we basically ended up asking for the exact same thing. Important to mention that Miami has a ton of FREE OPTIONS to get around the city, be sure to check out the METROMOVER and CITYWIDE FREE TROLLEY The positive: - You don't have to drive around and deal with the traffic or the parking situation in Miami - It covers a lot of Miami - Free headphones, maps and ponchos onboard The negative: - Live tour slim to none, tour guide was too busy talking to a female customer than addressing the rest of the bus - Audio hit or miss (constant static / sat down in several seats) - Buses are filthy (trash and stains everywhere) - Buses are run down (One bus had the AC dripping all over the first floor, seats were soaked and way too hot upstairs for an infant) - Audio on board was 70 - 80% music and 20 - 30% facts - Buses in no way shape or form run according to their schedule Save your money and use either the FREE PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION or look somewhere else for the Hop On Hop Off Experience.

We were picked up from our hotel in a nice minibus and taken to their office near Lincoln Road. The tours started off well but we felt very rushed and was only given a few minutes in Little Havana and then we were back on the bus driven around for a bit. There was little concern for the passangers on the top deck enjoying the sun as quite a few times low over hanging branches were hitting people in the face and people were having the dive on the floor so not to be hit. After driving around for about 1/2hrs we got to the point were we got of the bus and went to the boat tour, we were told we had to wait for about 90 minutes as we were miles early and 2 other coaches had turned up at the same time and had to go first but conveniently there was plenty of time for us to have some food and drinks at the bar where they left us. We went on the boat which was ok and was quit nice going around the port and seeing some of the famous houses. After getting back to shore it all went wrong!! We went to get back on the bus to find no busses there but about 100 other people also waiting for buses, after searching around we found one of the guides who said sorry but the busses are all running late you’ll have to wait. After about another 1/2 hour 1 bus comes along but there again no organisation it was a just a mass brawl to get on a bus. When we got on we went back the same way we came and missed half the tour and never got to see South Point or South Beach!! But it never stopped there when we got taken back to the office there seem to little organisation there either, several coaches turned up together all of which needed to be booked in so they could make up some runs to take people back to their hotel so we were stood in the shop just hanging around for another 1/2hour. Overall the tour could have been very good if organised and run a lot better and something was done about the low branches before someone is seriously hurt by them!!!

Very much enjoyed our bus trip while visiting Miami Beach, Florida. Make sure to check different vendors as each vendor offer different price for the same tour. Don’t wear a loose hat if you sit on the top of double decker. Marke sure to leave a jacket or something on your seat while you get off the bus for a stop. As the top part of the bus seats get burning hot in summer & it’s very hard to sit down on it after each stop over & for sure don’t wear a shorts if you are planning on sitting on top of the double decker bus.
