This is a terrible company to tour with as all we saw today was little Havana and the boat tour. The boat tour was so boring houses that people have lived in and sold about 4 famous people who own now. The bus was late for pickup at hotel and we couldn’t get back after the tour, lots of people were very angry demanding their money back but no manager or person in charge available. We were given a phone number and a piece of paper to complain. Tour started at 9.30am but we got back at 4pm after only seeing Little Havana and the boat. They was so much time stopping than touring. Save your money and go with someone else.

Purchased the Bus Tour with Site-seeing Boat Cruise for 2-adults and 2-children and only received half of what we purchased. The Bus Tour was sub-par with nothing really interested to see or maybe there was, but the tour guide speaker on the upper level was broken so we never knew what we were taking photos of. We ended up using google search on our phones as our site-seeing tour guide. Once the bus tour was over we waited an hour to board the boat and once we arrived they said we needed a tickets from the bus tour guide main location not the barcode receipt that we received from them that actually shows we purchased the tickets for both Bus and Boat Cruise. The dock personnel was on the phone with headquarters and they confirmed we did purchase the tickets and received the ticket voucher but all we received was a piece of paper that showed the bus and boat schedule. I have proof via email that we actually purchased the tickets! So now this became a game of he said she said with them saying we purchased the tickets and we have proof of the tickets being purchased but we still had to pay another $40 to get on the boat because the email voucher was not sufficient enough!!! Conclusion...dispute with credit card to receive the full refund. Thanks for the waist of time and lack of evidence confirming you gave us tickets when you clearly did not.

Power went out at our hotel. The hotel recommended this tour. My husband and I decided to take the Miami Double Decker hop on/hop off. The front desk person booked us which we should have booked ourselves and saved money. This turned out to a disaster. I was looking at the floorboard half the time because I was having to duck the bridges and branches. We were told to have lunch at Bayside and we would be picked up at 3:30. This was presented by the tour guide like it was a tour, not a hop on and hop off. I specifically asked the tour guide that we would be picked up at 3:30. She said yes. Everyone got off the bus. We were in line by 3:00 for the bus, but there wasn't enough room for us. We were told that another bus would be there by 3:40. I called the company at 3:50 since no bus had arrived. Four more buses came but didn't pick us up. One bus was empty. One driver said it would be 4:30 before another bus came. A bus got there around 4. The tour guide should have told us if there is room on the bus, you will get picked up. If I had known this,we would have stayed on the bus, but I wonder if they would have let us stay on the bus. I called today and asked to speak to a manager which was a different phone number. I called several times and was told this number was not available. Around 3 I spoke to a manager who wasn't listening and was putting the blame on me. I wanted at least one ticked to be reimbursed. I was talking to a wall. I should have done more research. Today, I also spoke to the front desk person who said they got good reviews on this company. After looking at the reviews here, I don't know how that could be true. Our trip to Miami Beach has not been fun and we will cut our trip short. I'm at the point where I want to tell people, "don't go, it is too expensive, too hot (we shouldn't have come in June) and people misrepresent the truth here (more so than in other places). I have never written a review before on Trip Advisor but I am so frustrated and upset, I decided to do this.
