I wish we had read the other review before we booked Blues City Tours. We booked them to collect us from Memphis airport on our arrival from the UK. We took their advice as to the length of time it would take us to clear immigration and customs but it took a whole hour longer than they thought. They were not waiting for us at the airport, and so we phoned to enquire why. Seemingly they were at the airport at the time they originally suggested (although we only had their word for it) but were not prepared to return to collect us when we finally emerged. The taxi rank were very helpful and got us sorted. We had mistakenly paid in advance but did not receive a service for our money. Blues City Tours were recommended by the hotel and I really wish we had not booked them.
