The bus tour is good depending on the guide at the time you hop on. The included Garden District walking tour was good. Interesting and fun. The French Quarter walking tour was absolutely terrible. What a waste of 40min. Don’t bother. Very basic guide book info and the guide ‘Sparkle’ spent more time talking about ghosts in a supposedly haunted hotel courtyard then the French Quarter. Find something - anything! else to do. You’d be better off touring via google and Wikipedia.

The first part of our tour bus ride was decent because we could actually hear what the tour guide was saying. We got off on Magazine Street and when we got back on, the bus was bigger although the same driver and tour guide were running it. Unfortunately we could not hear anything she was saying on this bus. I did not feel like I learned that much, There were a lot of suggestions on places to eat though. For the money, I wish we would have hired a private tour and spent a little more to ensure a great learning experience. I felt like we had to wait a long time for the bus to show up also.

Excellent tour by Mr. Clarence - garden district walking tour. Highly recommended. Overall very good experience. Ms. Clipper - French walking tour was also good. All my bus driver and guides made my stay very memorable.
