Classic Road to Hana - Private Jeep Adventure

Overview
Private and customizable in an open-top (weather permitting) Jeep, our adventures provide a truly immersive experience, both in and out of the vehicle.

All Hana adventures begin at 7:00 am.
This early start time allows us to get ahead of the crowds so you can enjoy the popular locations with as few people as possible. If 7:00 am is too early for you, we can pick you up at a time that works best for you (no later than 9 am).

Take as much or as little time as you need at each stop - or skip some stops. The tour can be customized to how you want to spend your day, it is your adventure! We are here to do the driving, so you can relax and enjoy the views on your customized private tour.

Ho'okipa Beach Park
A world-renowned beach for surfers and windsurfers, as well as a resting spot for sea turtles, Ho'okipa is a favorite stop for our guests. Take in the view from the lookout up top, or venture down the path to the beach and discover that all those "boulders" were actually turtles!

Keā€˜anae Point
Ke'anae is an historic village, where you will find taro patches that have grown there for generations. The peninsula is well-known for its many picture-ready locations, crashing surf and rugged terrain. "On your drive down, you'll pass a stone church built in 1856, the only remaining building after the devastating tsunami of 1946, which killed twenty four people when waves topping 35 feet crashed into the village with no warning. Following this tragedy, the Pacific Tsunami Warning Center was implemented, which still sits on Oahu's Ewa Beach." Maui Information Guide You will also find our favorite, warm, oven-fresh, baked daily banana bread on Maui at this picturesque location!

Hana
This quaint, historic town is the namesake of the Road to Hana, yet blink three times and you'll miss it! Hana has remained relatively unchanged since the early days of Hawaii, and its residents work very hard to keep it traditional and authentic.

Mike was a great driver and guide. Very knowledgeable, personable, and full of personal stories from growing up on the island. The day was paced perfectly -- we never felt rushed, and the variety of experiences and activities made a 9+ hour trip thoroughly engaging from beginning to end. Simply great!

Our trip was beautiful. Our guide, Nani, was fun and kind and extremely knowledgeable. The food was delicious. If your stomach can take the winding drive then you should ABSOLUTELY take this trip. Having a private experience was really special. 10/10

Kapena was an awesome guide showing us all of the beautiful sights and sharing his knowledge of the island. If you want to tour the Road to Hana definitely take this tour! So much fun without any stress of driving the 600+ curves and 52 one lane bridges. We got to sit back and enjoy all the sights while the tourists who were doing it on their own looked very tired, stressed and frustrated. Spend the money, sit back and enjoy, worth every $ spent!!!
