Overview

Clear Creek Canyon is unique in the quantity and quality of its rapids. It has more rapids than nearly any other commercially run stretch of whitewater in the nation. It is also free-flowing, meaning that the water levels change throughout the season, offering a variety of experiences. In addition to world-class rafting, it is also the home of the 1859 Gold Rush. Gold is still found in the creek by intrepid miners using pans and dredges. Guests will pass many sites of historical significance related to the Gold Rush while rafting on Clear Creek. Clear Creek is also conveniently located nearby Denver and other surrounding resorts, making it the perfect day-trip excursion.

We had a fantastic time yesterday. Did the 9:00 am trip. The shop and restrooms were extremely clean. Changing room if you need them. Staff professional. Great equipment. Now obviously the best part was the rafting itself. Water was up after a day or two of rain. Sun was shining. What else could we have asked for. Well let me tell you. His name was Russell and he was our guide on our raft. Russell knows his stuff and man can he maneuver that raft. It also helps him when you are able to follow his commands as it take the cooperation of everyone on board. He had us doing tricks in our raft and he can maneuver that thing where ever he wants. Russell has a great personality and 12 plus years of experience. You may read some other comments on here about some guide they call Marky Mark. But Marky Mark dont have s*#t on our man Russell. If you are lucky enough to get Russell. You Definitely will not be disappointed.

Fun day with great guides! Kurt and Tippy were super informative and fun to spend the day with. We would highly recommend this rafting service and will definitely book this again next time we are in the area.
