Worst experience of my entire life. The guide left before scheduled time and intentionally mark us no-show and refused refund. They have been use the same strategy to steal money from āno-showā. After arguing with them, they offered me to standby and wait the āno-showā spot. Is that ridiculous?

Weāre sorry you feel this way. Our policy, which is outlined in your confirmation email, states that all guests must arrive 30 minutes prior to the tour start time for check-in. If guests are not present at the time of launch, they are marked as a no-show, and we are unable to issue refunds.
As a courtesy, we did offer rescheduling, which we understand was not an option for you. We truly strive to provide a great experience for all guests and did we did what we could to assist in this situation. Unfortunately, once a tour has started, we are unable to make changes. We hope you will consider removing this review, as it does not reflect our business. We wish you the best and hope youāll consider joining us for a future tour.
