Unique experience that was relaxing and educational. Adam was a great guide. I would highly recommend. Only thing to be aware of is that depending on the wind and the current, the first 10 minutes and last 10 minutes of kayaking can be a bit strenuous (prior to getting into the mangroves) but this is not a deterrent, just something to be aware of

Hey Lori, thanks for the great review! It looks like you both had a great time exploring the red mangrove tunnels yesterday. Adam always loves to get out on the water and show the guests what our Fort Pierce location has to offer. And you're right about the wind and tide conditions. Usually, the tide will only effect the route either on the way out or the way back but it looks like you had a tour that got a bit strenuous in both directions. Sometimes when the conditions look to be too strenuous, we will change to our second location in Vero Beach, which is only a 5 mile or 10 minute drive from our Fort Pierce location. We would love to have you out again to check that location out!! Stay Safe, Charlie Owner of Get Up and Go Kayaking-Fort Pierce/Vero Beach

Tod was an amazing tour guide. Totally recommend him. He accommodated to our needs and was very knowledgeable. We got to see a few manatees and we saw moon jellyfish if I’m not mistaken. We saw some interesting birds. (We are not from Florida). Also, we were able to see a beautiful sunset

Thank you very much for the 5-star review. I am so happy to hear that your tour with Todd was fun and you were able to see some of our wild/sea-life that is unique to our area. If you visit our area again, we would love to have you join us for another tour at Round Island or visit our other location in Fort Pierce. Take care and stay safe, Charlie Owner of Get Up and Go Kayaking-Fort Pierce/Vero Beach

Our Sunset tours are a feature that is truly a beautiful sight when the clouds, weather and setting sun decide to put on a show for us. We are truly lucky to live in paradise! Charlie Owner of Get Up and Go Kayaking-Fort Pierce/Vero Beach
