Unfortunately we did not have a great experience. On the website it said it was family friendly and my kids and I got stuck sitting next to a bunch of loud drunk people. The employees made inappropriate adult jokes just about every time they opened their mouths. We had to sit in the middle and didn’t even get to see dolphins because everyone would stand up. Also, the captain pretended to enforce a mask rule until he got chummy with the drunks and allowed them to not wear a mask. Would not recommend them to anyone. Look for other companies especially if you have kids.

Thank you for coming with us. I'm extremely sorry that we did not deliver a 5 star experience for you. We are a family friendly attraction. Unfortunately, in this instance, we had some unruly guests onboard and, while we cannot control their behavior, I sincerely apologize for it. I'm also disturbed to hear that our crew made some inappropriate comments. I will have words with this crew to ensure that it NEVER happens again! When we are watching dolphins, we do our very best to maintain a safe environment for the passengers, the vessel and the dolphins. Our crews are trained to move the boat safely around the dolphins to allow for all of our guests an opportunity to view them in their natural environment. As for masks, there is a very fine line that we walk with everyone and this is not a problem with only this company. A vast majority of companies across the country are dealing with this very same issue every day as enforcement has been placed onto the owners and employees. As you know, this is a very heated debate across our country. Yes, the Federal Government has imposed that everyone onboard ages 3 and above wear masks. All customers are informed of this requirement via their confirmation emails, while checking in, during pre-boarding and during the trip as well. As I said in my opening line, we do our very best to ensure everyone a safe, pleasurable and 5 star experience and masks, in a state where they are not required outside, is a difficult one to enforce. We do our very best but, unfortunately, some people will not comply. For those guests, the only other option we would have would be to cancel the trip for everyone and return to the dock to disembark those in non-compliance, which would ruin the trip for everyone, not just that group.

This trip was just as advertised with some bonuses. Not only did we see some wild dolphins but we had a 20-minute beachcombing stop on a tiny public island. Very nice! Plus Jaycee did a nice job narrating. There was a small restroom on board plus soft drinks for sale at a reasonable price.

Would have liked to see more dolphins. Enjoyed island stop and celebrity house tour. Captain and tour host were great.

Thank you for coming out with and for your review! We do our very best to ensure everyone onboard has a great and memorable experience with us. I'm sorry to hear that, in this case, we did not deliver. The dolphins in the area that we view are wild animals and, as such, every trip we do is completely different. We always want to see as many dolphins as we can during our trips but, unfortunately, we are time limited during our trips and do our best to show you as many of these majestic animals that we can.
