Overview

With the help of our roaster guide you will learn how coffee is processed and roasted and the impacts on flavors. As one of the largest certified Organic coffee Farm in Kona we do all our roast in house. You will participate in 2 of our production roast and will be able to run the second one yourself with the elp of our roaster.

Kat was an awesome tour guide and shared a wealth of knowledge about Kona coffee all while having fun. Would highly recommend a visit to Hala coffee! And you can’t beat the view!

We had a roasting lesson with the roaster who works there. She spent at least an hour with the two of us, showing us all about roasting the beans and let us help, too. Very fun and not crowded, we got personal attention everywhere we went.
