Overview

With the help of our roaster guide you will learn how coffee is processed and roasted and the impacts on flavors. As one of the largest certified Organic coffee Farm in Kona we do all our roast in house. You will participate in 2 of our production roast and will be able to run the second one yourself with the elp of our roaster.

We significantly enjoyed our tour of Hala Tree Coffee farm. As seasoned coffee drinkers, we enjoyed learning about the Kona coffee farming process. The tour was so engaging that we showered our guide with questions and appreciated her thorough and informative answers. A major highlight of our trip to the Big Island and highly recommend.
