Arrived at 4:00 pm for a 4:15 tour. Waited outside and in the lobby until 5:15 pm. What is the point of a timed entry if they make you wait an hour past your scheduled time? Very disappointing and wouldn’t recommend.

We went here with my niece who wanted to go here. It is an interesting and interactive exhibit but definitely more geared to kids. It takes about an hour to go through and at $43 per person, I felt a bit overpriced for the experience. I wouldn't say don't go, but I'd temper your expectations.

While on a recent girls trip to NYC my daughters and I decided to do something completely different - Color Factory. It was completely out of our norm, but so much fun and provided different ways to experience color. The experience included numerous photo stations to capture the moments and snacks along the way. My daughters favorite part of the experience was the ball pit. (My daughters are 37 and 26). If you are willing to relax and enjoy it is a wonderful place to be a kid again. Also of note the staff was wonderful.
