If you want to be driven in a bus around San Francisco then we recommend this tour. The bus seemed to follow the self guided tour so if you have a car you can do it in your own. We did find our tour guide Michelle a tad annoying to listen to but overlooked that for the most part. We saw interesting sights. The stops didnā€™t always make sense (would have liked to get off at The Presidio or Golden Gate Park but we just drove through and instead visited an historic church). Someone was actually left behind at the 2nd stop!! Never to rejoin (obviously no headcount was done). We appreciated being dropped off on time for our Alcatraz ferry. That is a must see- be sure to take the audio tour, really the only way to understand this historic place (itā€™s free)

Dear Bobbi, Thanks so much for sharing your experience with us. We are sorry that your experience with us fell short of expectations, where you would like to have stopped at the Presidio or Golden Gate Park. We shared this with our team. Our tour guides do count our customers and they know how many guests are on the bus. We are happy to see that you enjoyed Alcatraz, we all agree that it is a must-see place in San Francisco. We hope to welcome you back again.
