Overall, an anverage experience. Enjoyed learning about San Fran and Alcatraz! Unfortunately, our tour guide was 30 min late as we all waited for her on the bus. Never apologized or made mention as to why she was late. Also, we had prepaid tix for Alcatraz and were told to check in at Will Call. Had to wait 30 min in line and barely made the ferry for Alcatraz tour!

Did many guided tours all over the world but this one rated in the top three. Michelle, the tour guide, was a wealth of knowledge and had such interesting and in-depth information that I could listen to her all day. She was excellent! Her driver, Jack, was a safe and skilled driver, navigating the San Francisco traffic effortlessly.
