Overview

Go coral reef snorkeling on our fast boat, explore parts of the coast line with sea caves etc. & hopefully Encounter Marine Wildlife such as Dolphins, Whales, Manta Rays etc. watching from the boat!

For the adventurous adrenalin riders ONLY ( this boat ride / ocean can be rough, bumpy & choppy on RARE occasions) this is not a slow cruise boat, please don't come us if you feel you'll have a negative experience, feel free to cancel with us after booking if this is not for you.
Snacks, drinks & gear are free. Tour time is NOT EXACT (3 - 4 hours) why? weather conditions, how long you snorkel etc.
Boat Capacity: We need a minimum of 6 guest for the tour to operate. Its rare we don't meet the capacity! If your tour time slot doesn't fill up, we will move you to a different time slot or day.

Viator wouldn’t return my money When the tour was cancelled (weather not permitted). They would not take my word. The company that actually gave the tour didn’t answer their phone to confirm cancellation with viator. I had to call my bank to dispute the transaction. I would not trust Viator.

Operator cancelled in short notice and then stole our money. It has been more than 30 days now without any response to multiple requests via email. Do not book with this provider.

The idea was to have an enjoyable day with my father and my brother, but unfortunately my father fall ill the previous night and we had to take him to the hospital. I tried my best to call the tour to let them know about this, but their phone is done. Yes, it doesnt work. I call several times and nothing. Then, the morning of the trip I continued calling and eventually I got a message from someone of the tour asking me if I can go. I told him the problem, and he said that because of Viator policies they cant return the money but they can give me another trip. I told them that we needed to check, we were in the hospital. Then, one hour before the trip they called me (so their phone does work! the problem is that they do not answer) and ask very rudely if finally we were goingto be at the port. Then I explained again, and after that, they just disappeared. And no refund or anything. I want my money back, I have all the evidence of the urgency doctor and all, and they dont care. However, the worse part, later with more calm being in the island, I noticed they are extremely expensive and similar trips can be found at 60 USD per person. Hence, one way or another they are terrible. And I insist, I still expect my money back!
