Carlo was an excellent guide and it was a nice size group (only 6). Learned a lot about Austin. Sad how dirty Lady Bird Lake is😢.

Wish we could do something to earn that 5 stars and get Carlo his bonus! Maybe next time you're in town we'll knock it out of the park! Come back soon!

A very good tour. The tour guides(Jessie and Elliot) are personable and knowledgeable. I wasn't that impressed with the viewing of the bats but I do recommend the tour. SN: I did fall into the water while trying to avoid another guest🤷‍♀️. Not the fault of the tour guides.

Sorry about the bats they can drive you batty with the waiting and sometimes not deliver! We do our best with the wild animals we have. Please come back again in the future and we'll try our batty best to deliver!
