Fascinating. It was truly incredible to see some of the art within this museum. Crazy to think it was all glass. I grew up with my father designing china and making molds in my garage for Syracuse China. The Corning Museum of Glass brought back many great memories of my father. My oldest son who has a huge interest in art design, is now interested in a career as a glass blower. We can't wait to visit again.

Thanks for visiting and exploring the wonderful world of glass with us at The Corning Museum of Glass! We're happy to hear that you enjoyed your visit and were able to take a trip down memory lane with us. That is so exciting to hear about your son - we love getting to play a role in inspiring future glass blowers! We hope to see you again for a future visit!

I couldn't believe how beautiful this museum was, I thoroughly enjoyed it! My kids signed up for a glass blowing experience. They don't actually blow the glass rather they used a step on comoressor. My little one age 5 was able to participate in this activity. You have the option to pick up your piece the next day at 11:30 AM or have it shipped. Jimmy was one of the glass blowers that worked with my children and was extremely nice. When you buy a ticket to the museum it gives you access for two days. There is alot to see here. The staff was very nice and had a gift bag for all children visiting during Spring break. My kids loved that and the scavenger hunt. The contemporary section was gorgeous. We have never seen the show "Blown Away" on Netflix but it seems to be drawing a crowd and we will definitely watch it now that we have experienced this beautiful museum. So impressed! This is a must see if you plan to visit this area. Don't miss it!

Thanks for visiting and for your excellent review. It sounds like your family was able to take advantage of all that the Museum has to offer during your visit! We're happy to hear that your children enjoyed the "Out Of This World" Spring Break programming and hope you enjoy the unique look into glassmaking that "Blown Away" shows on Netflix! Come again soon!
