What To Expect
1
Red Rock Canyon Overlook
Have you ever wanted to ride off into the sunset with someone you love? Riding down empty stretches of highway, feeling the wind in your hair, where the worlds problems seem far away? Well look no further... We truly believe in the romance of the road. So we have found a way to get people to experience it with our fleet of Can-Am Ryker's. These 3 wheelers boast all the fun of a motorcycle, but full of safety features like abs brakes, and an onboard stability system. After we go though a our safety check, and riding training around our parking lot, we put on our Bluetooth helmets and once you feel comfortable on the bike we hit the open road! Our first destination: Red Rock observation point. Where we slip away from the hustle and bustle of city to witness the mighty Red Rock Canyon from a perch above the desert floor. We then go into the details of Las Vegas, its history, wildlife and so much more!
2
Blue Diamond
There is a small quiant cafe (cottonwood station) where most of our travelers love to stop and look at the wild burros, get a swmall bite or a coffee and take in the laid back life of the wild west. You will not experience anything like this in las vegas. A must do.
3
Calico Hills
The whimsically concocted concentration of vibrant red-orange Aztec sandstone known as the Calico Hills is a must-see destination in Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area. The Scenic Drive heads straight to the Calico Hills, passing three overlooks and trailheads, Calico I, Calico II, and Sandstone Quarry. You could spend all day exploring the Calico Hills.
4
Mountain Springs Saloon
For more than 65 years, the ā€œWorld Famous Mountain Springs Saloonā€ has resiliently stood its ground as a travel destination for folks in the know and a rustic and friendly bar that welcomes all visitors and the sparse local community to the scenic veiws of this hidden gem.

Please Beware! Based on my experience with the Couples Guided Red Rock Tour, this activity is for highly experienced and very skilled motorcyclists. If you fit into this category, this activity can be fun. For less skilled riders, please beware of the extreme danger this activity presents. After this experience, I can now see that their website info has lots sales hyperbole, but it is really missing the needed detailed and crucial warnings. For example, upon arriving (which at this point is too late to cancel), the operator asked me if I had any experience riding a motorcycle. I informed him I do have a motorcycle endorsement but it is meaningless in that I haven’t ridden a motorcycle in decades (therefore I am a beginner). He told me not to worry as a motorcycle endorsement isn’t required and I will receive some training. The operator disputes this but I was NEVER given any advance notice (sales literature or initial training) that after a few minutes of low speed, no traffic warm up, I would be expected to suddenly zoom up to consistently high speeds (55mph or faster), in heavy traffic (highway conditions) and for long stretches. If you read the info on their website, take their limited training, then begin the tour, you’ll see what I mean. After the low speed, no traffic training, I felt I was prepared to ride in non-traffic zones at maybe 30-40 mph. So as we began, I asked the guide if we could use a low-traffic, moderate speed route as I build comfort but the guide said this was not possible. It was then when I first heard the guide inform that we are turning onto a high speed roadway/highway and he said I’ll need to ride at 55 mph or faster. I tried this for a while, hit the speed of 45mph, the guide pressured me to speed up and warned that if not, we’ll have to turn back. For me, this felt extremely uncomfortable and dangerous so we turned back and canceled the tour. So I lost half of my money and this could have been prevented with clear and meaningful disclosures. In my case, it would have really been beneficial to rent a similar vehicle in advance to ride and assess whether this tour was for me. For me, accurate advance info, meaningful disclosures (with less sales rhetoric), would have prevented what turned out to be an overall bad experience. Bottom line: if you aren’t a very experienced and capable high-speed motorcyclist, please beware as this activity may not be suitable for you.

Thank you for writing a review a 2nd and 3rd time from different email addresses!! It seems you are intent on tarnishing our name and our brand, however, we appreciate your insight as it's much needed for our future clientele. What needs to be addressed first is your term "sales hyperbole," while creative, I feel you should elaborate on exactly what you're referring to because both on third party platforms such as this one and our website, we very precisely state a few determining factors that should elude to exactly what type of experience this is, without any sales connotation which are as follows: A) This is an on road experience B) These are fully automatic C) You must feel comfortable driving the bike on the road with other vehicles doing the speed limit. D)Not recommended for people that cannot confidently ride on public roads E) Most travelers can participate F) These are motorcycles G)And then there's the cancellation policy on every platform that says you cannot cancel in the 24hr window from your booking period. So we are a little lost on the "sales hyperbole" reference when everything is beyond clearly stated for you in fine print on multiple platforms as well as being reiterated to you in person when you and every other guest gets to our facility. Below is the original response to your original review you left us on Dec 31, 2024 so everyone reading this can see that you are complaining about things that are out in the world for every potential customer to see before they even purchase the experience. Everything regarding this tour is disclosed to our future customers before they submit payment. Aside from that, since technology has advanced to where it is now, there is also plenty of information on the internet where you could have called us to get further information regarding the tour, which you chose not to. To add to that, when you book our experience all of our contact information is given to you, our new customer, to afford you the opportunity to due your due diligence before the date of your experience so you can formulate a more informed decision if necessary, on whether or not to continue on with the booking or cancel, which you clearly did not do. Again, thank you for your review, as it did shed more light on our tour from an outsider's perspective since we are given a limited amount of "characters" on the platform to convey the overall description of our tour entails. The more information the better! From our Dec 31, 2024 review response: First and foremost, we agree with you completely that this isn't an option for everyone! However, our focus as a tour operator in Las Vegas is to provide a unique experience for anyone WILLING to try something new who is also aware of what the experience entails! Safety is our main priority above anything else which is evident in the amount of satisfied guests we have had do our experiences who not only verbally thank us for our steps that we take to ensure their safety both prior to the tour starting and during the tour, but it's apparent in the reviews that state this aspect of our company! The vast majority of our guests (75%+) have absolutely no experience on anything, motorcycles, snowmobiles, atv’s or jetskis, and of that 75% of our clientele, about 85% of them actually go through the steps and training and do the experience successfully and have an enjoyable time doing so. We definitely have people back out because they don’t feel safe, which is completely understandable, but the majority of people that book with us do participate and have fun. That said, you in particular have an ā€œM Endorsement,ā€ therefore you have gone through the required course to operate a motorcycle and drive them on the streets. You expressed this to us when we asked if you had prior experience before we started with the rental agreements for you to sign. Therefore you have more knowledge than the average person that comes through our doors. When you mention ā€œKEY INFOā€ not being explained, does that include on TripAdvisor/Viator in the WHATā€S INCLUDED section where it mentions the experience takes place on a Can-AM motorcycle or in the ADDITIONAL INFO section where it mentions Not recommended for people that cannot confidently ride on public roads? Or, when we went through the ā€œMOM & DADā€ talk with you, like we do with 100% of our guests, prior to doing any sort of training, which we verbally highlight what the experience truly entails, the safety concerns, the traveling on the real road with other vehicles around you and the necessity to do the speed limit so you not only don’t put yourself at risk but also the people around you, as well as explaining that you will practice on the bike by yourself to get acclimated before we put your wife on for the final lap to have a say in safety and comfortability as well? This is all done verbally because we know the vast majority of people don’t read the entire product outline in its entirety so we do our due diligence to give you and everyone else the ā€œKEY INFOā€ prior to getting on the bike for training. Now, let’s fast forward to you training when you were here specifically…you trained well and on your second lap when you came around our building, you were speeding, with a smile on your face and we told you to slow it down a little bit before getting your wife on for the final lap after we asked you point blank if you felt confident to get her on the back at that point or if you needed to do another lap(s). You told us you were fine to put her on for the final lap. (We ask everyone after their second laps if they need to do more or if they feel confident enough to either get their passenger on or to start the tour). Now, we will jump to the final point of ā€œKEY INFOā€ which is when Anthony, your private tour guide, went over his safety spiel before getting on his bike to start the guided tour. At this point he told you specifically about distancing while driving being a factor which limits getting cut off by other vehicles while driving, he told you about yellow lights and not feeling compelled to run them if you do get separated and he would pull over if that occurs as well as telling you about keeping up with the flow of traffic because if you don’t, you put yourself at risk along with drivers around you who become impatient. This is a factual statement even when operating a normal vehicle. Therefore, all ā€œKEY INFOā€ was reiterated to you multiple times, whether in the product description or verbally when you were physically in our facility or while doing training! Next point of contention would be you referring to our route to get into Red Rock Canyon taking place on a highway. For you and everyone reading this, our tour only takes place on surface streets until you get into the Canyon itself. After your training commences, you immediately get onto Desert Inn Rd which has a speed limit of 45mph. In the Canyon itself, the speed limit increases to 50+mph. Neither of these roads are a highway, nor do we ever put our guests on a highway during any of our tours! For everyone that has Google, if you search our physical location, you will see Desert Inn Rd runs right behind our facility and it is not a highway. Again, unfortunately ALL DRIVERS have to get acclimated to the speeds relatively quickly with this specific experience because not only can tour operators for any business not train in the canyon itself because it’s Gov’t land (it wouldn’t be conducive due to the speed limit there anyway), but the route to get to Red Rock can’t be done through residential neighborhoods because you would never get up to speed on those roads to understand what it would be like in the canyon itself. Your return route to our shop was to cater to your apprehension to get up to speed which is why we took you through the neighborhoods doing 20/25mph. If we took that route to get to the Canyon with everyone, we would have to A) extend our tours to 5 hours B)Charge more for the added time of the tour & C) still run into the issue of guests not being acclimated to the speed change when we got to the mouth of the canyon, thus potentially wasting everyone’s time when they get out there and have to turn back because of lack of comfort doing 50mph having never been introduced to a higher speed than 25mph! The main conundrum for us after reading both reviews you left (Google being the other) was the fact that when you got back to our shop, and we went over the safety regarding you not getting up to speed and the reason Anthony turned to come back, you thanked Anthony and told him you would have never been able to get up to the speed limits so you were glad he brought you two back. In regards to your money spent, when you book on this platform along with many others, you agree to a 24-hour non-refundable window. TripAdvisor/Viator have a very lengthy and specific refund policy which you agree to before you conclude the transaction with your credit card information. So that, along with the different opportunities you had to make an informed decision prior to booking the experience don’t warrant a full refund or partial refund for that matter. Aside from that, we as suppliers schedule a tour guide and you reserved two bikes for that time (one for the tour guide) frame that can’t be rebooked to possibly resell to another potential guest, so why is a refund warranted when people’s time and a company’s product are taken for an allotted period of time? ā€œKEY INFOā€ was provided to you repeatedly both prior to booking the experience, had you read the description in its entirety, and when you were physically in our presence. We try to make everyone know the safety risks of this experience both in writing so you do not waste your time when you get here to our facility, but also after you get here to our facility many times. Safety is our main concern with every guest that comes through our doors. We don’t hide that at any point and we reiterate to everyone that this is a Want TO, not a Have To! We want everyone to have an enjoyable experience, but not one that includes stress and risk of safety concern. If you can’t do the speed limit or drive with the flow of traffic you are at major risk of an accident and that’s something we can’t risk. We can’t go slower to get to Red Rock Canyon or even in Red Rock Canyon because you can and will get pulled over and it has happened on occasion. Going slow is counterintuitive. A lot of our guests think that going slower is safer and that the driver’s around you will be ok with it. In Vegas this is not the case. Drivers here are impatient and will rear-end you or cut you off. That said, we try our hardest to impress on every driver how vital it is to go with the flow of traffic!! Ultimately this experience isn’t for everyone and we know that. We have been offering our services to our guests for 4 years and this is the first time we have ever had someone with a motorcycle license not feel safe doing the speed limit and there is nothing wrong with that. We have had thousands of people participate in our experiences and a decent amount who back out because they don’t feel safe or misread the description thinking it was an off-road experience. It’s part of the business, which we understand, but don’t think for one second safety isn’t our priority and that we won’t put your safety first from the second you walk through our doors to the time the tour concludes and you return from the tour!

This was definitely an exciting adventure. My husband was the driver and I was the passenger. The owners and our guide ensured that my husband was trained and that we were both comfortable in all aspects of the driving, riding and operating the trike before setting out. If needed they also supply warm riding jackets as it was quite cold as we were riding. It is about a 25 minute ride out of downtown Las Vegas to Red Rock. The blue tooth speakers in all of our helmets were a great feature as the guide could instruct us and chat with/ us throughout the trip. The views at Red Rock are beautiful. We stopped and took a small hike and learned about the area. Another stop was in the charming town of Cottonwood- a throwback community and atmosphere where we stopped to look around, learned about the history of the area and had some snacks ( delish French fries) and beverages at the local restaurant. Also stopped for pics along the way. Just, FYI, At some points we did hit traveling speeds of 55 mph, which can be a bit thrilling on these trikes. Our guide was terrific- friendly, knowledgeable and attuned to our needs and very easy t be with. If you are looking for a bit of excitement and thrill along w/ beautiful scenery this is the perfect tour.

Safety is priority #1. Entire team are all professionals. After first arriving, you complete the waivers and rental agreement and then given the rules regarding the use of the trike. Your then fitted with your sanitized helmet, taken outside and told everything you need to know about the equipment. Your then directed to practice drive circling the parking lot business complex a few times to get used to operating the trike. The person or couple your with and your tour guide comprises this private experience. Ours guide was Anthony, who was great. He was patient with my getting adapted to operating the trike and giving tidbits of info about the sights on the tour. I had virtually no experience, except for a few attempts riding around neighborhood a thousand years ago, as a kid on a Honda 125. Make no mistake, that you are on a motorcycle configured as a trike. You do drive into city traffic and highways on your way to Red Rock Canyon and just like any moving vehicle, you have to pay attention to the way you drive and the way others are driving around you; especially since there is nothing between you and whatever you might hit or whatever hits you. It was exciting, really fun and checks off a bucket list item for this 68 yr old. šŸ˜
