We are a true Eco Tour company in the state of California using wagons and mules to tour an ancient wilderness. You will have to go to Colorado or Montana in the summer to do something like this. A truly unique western experience. Where can you take a wagon tour pulled by mules into the desert wilderness in the world? No where but here!

We are an authentic and unique desert tour that showcases the natural flora and fauna of the Palm Springs Desert ecosystem. Our live entertainment is professional and very enjoyable. We offer optional dancing lessons, games and great food. The most total inclusive and immersive desert experience in the Coachella Valley. Covered Wagon Adventures is one of the best family activities I’ve ever had the opportunity to experience. Everyone there was so welcoming and informative. We started with horseshoes, cornhole, lassos and roping, along with refreshments. The covered wagon journey was absolutely incredible. I learned so many new facts about the area, including plants and wildlife and the palm tree oasis was a big surprise. After the wagon tour, we learned two line dances and we were entertained with music and singing by a wonderfully talented young lady in the best Wild West style. Then, we were treated to a delicious barbecue dinner including an apple-blueberry pie that was so tasty. The evening concluded with a marshmallow roast and viewing the spectacular starry sky and beautiful city lights. We all enjoyed this event very much. It’s great fun for all ages. Highly recommend.

We had a brilliant evening. It was great fun and very well organised. Would highly recommend. Also very interesting to learn about the dessert and the Andreas Fault. The bbq was very tasteful and there was plenty. The apple crumble pie was delicious. Well done guys on giving us an evening to remember. The Lewin’s from Greece/ UK.

I am still in hangover mode from the covered wagon tours. What a delightful experience and evening. To start off, the entire crew of the tour, each one of them were very kind and caring. They kept the enthusiasm up every minute. The mule ride was an unique experience, the valley and the details they provide during the tour is relevant and great for school kids and adults. We came back to a refreshing country music. Christy and John, they beautifully entertained the crowd with music and we all did a barn dance. Food was great, dessert was yummy and roasting marshmallow topped the fun. PS: It gets colder as the ride is up the mountains. Jeans and jackets recommended. Milly, the owner - you are great. Keep it up.
