We are in town for Labor Day weekend and were excited to do this tour but less than 2 days before the tour that we paid for THEY CANCELED. Now they say it can take up to 30 days to receive our money back..... Buyer beware

We are always very sorry when we have to cancel. It has been a challenge lately as we get cancellations from not only the tour goers but our staffing due to COVID protocols. As cases have continued to rise we have seen a drastic decline in the amount of people wanting to go on public tours with other folks. In your tours case we simply didn't get enough people to operate it. We have to have a minimum in order to not lose money. We try to keep the booking page open as long as possible to see if we can get more folks to join, because we definitely want to run the tour, if it makes financial sense. In this case it did not. Its the toughest part of our business but one we have to manage closely, especially now. We are grateful for you giving us an opportunity. In terms of the 30 day policy that is because you booked the tour through TripAdvisor/Viator and not us directly. Had you booked with us directly we would have refunded you right away (takes 3-5 business days to hit your account). We do not control the policies or procedures of that third party vendor. I wish they had better policies for our guests but they do not. Again, sorry we had to cancel. I understand you being upset about it, but hopefully you understand we are doing the best we can.
