This was by far the worst ghost pub tour Iāve ever been on! And Iāve been on many in historical cities like Charleston, St Augustine, New Orleans..the guide was nice, but literally gave us 3 stories that were not creepy or scary. They were facts that we received on our daytime city tour as well. I mean, no facts about possible haunting like the historical homes. For instance, the most haunted home in the US is in Savannah, why didnāt we hear about that? We met at the Six Pence Pub and stood outside of that pub for 15-20 mins and he gave us facts unrelated to the pub. Then walked to a modern bar that took most of the time because of the bar being short staffed. Which I understand is uncontrollable on the tour and during COVID, we have noticed that staff at bars and restaurants in Savannah are short. Then we walked to the cemetery and we literally stood outside of the cemetery door 45 mins, and our guide talked for so long on how itās locked now after the pandemic. And the last story we got too choose off of something modern, that just didnāt make sense on how this was creepy. All in all, I was disappointed. Others on the tour were as well. At least we got to stop and drink, but I couldnāt imagine doing this tour without alcohol. The guide again was nice and a local, but with the amount of knowledge, I expected more.

Hi there,
Thanks so much for taking a tour with us. I'm so sorry you did not enjoy the Creepy Crawl. Your guide has been in the industry since the late 90s and does indeed have a lot of information to share. It is puzzling to me to read your report that he did not speak of hauntings. Our tours are indeed history-heavy, and we use this information to help guests understand why a place may be haunted. I have not experienced any of my guides spending more than 20 minutes at the cemetery, but I will check in to see what's up with that! And we do aim to provide some general historic content, as not all of our guests take daytime history tours--we feel the context of the city is important to the ghosty stuff as well. Regarding "modern" bar visits--on certain nights our little historic dive bars are closed. Guides must of necessity make substitutions. You are indeed correct that everywhere is way understaffed, and we wish we could resolve that. As always, I encourage dissatisfied guests of the future to depart the tour and give us a call/email immediately. Thanks again, we hope you find activities you like better in town next time.
